All Services are intended for informational, therapeutic, or coaching purposes only and are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.

If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may use our Services only if you:

  • Reside in a state or territory where our clinicians are licensed; and

3. SELF-PAY MODEL AND LIMITATION OF GUARANTEES

Intrinsic Me™ operates as a self-pay (cash-based) model and does not bill or accept insurance.
Payment is due at the time of service.

While we provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care, no specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed.

4. TELEHEALTH SERVICES

By engaging in telehealth or virtual care through Intrinsic Me™, you acknowledge that:

  • Sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant, encrypted platforms;

  • Sessions are not recorded without your explicit written consent;

  • You are responsible for maintaining a private and secure environment on your end; and

  • Technical interruptions, delays, or failures may occur and are not grounds for liability.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, icons, videos, audio, and other materials—is the exclusive property of Intrinsic Me™ and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without prior written permission from Intrinsic Me™.

Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy (available upon request).
